This individual will have some construction experience and will be dedicated to assisting the Superintendent in meeting our goals.

New Home Estimator
New Home Estimator
Calgary’s most passionate home builder has a great opportunity for someone who is a self-starter, is willing to learn, has a positive attitude and enjoys working in a team environment.
Key responsibilities of this role will be, but are not limited to:
- Utilizing an estimating and purchase order system
- Complete, compile and analyze all competitive quotations
- Complete purchase orders for jobs as per contract detail on a timely basis
- Communicate with trades & suppliers
- Research any variances in margin actual versus budgeted costs
Qualifications:
- Graduate from a recognized Building or Architectural Technologies program
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload
- Knowledge of local new home construction is an asset
- Local residential construction field experience and/or estimating experience an asset
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
